We can customize The Atkinson Band to meet your entertainment requirements. We are able to work with you to provide you with music that is unique for your event. If your venue is large or small, indoor or outdoor, we can come up with an affordable package that is designed just for you. Brenda is available as a solo artist for wedding ceremonies, funerals, ladies meetings, children's events, restaurants, church services, etc., where you can expect to hear a mix of easy listening or background music, such as: classical piano numbers, The Eagles, Michael Bolton, Karen Carpenter, Ottis Redding, Patsy Cline, gospel music, and much more. You may also request songs prior to your occasion that have a personal meaning for your event. Brenda and Paul also perform as a duo, creating a unique sound with vocal harmonies, keyboard, guitar and violin. The 3-piece, featuring Brenda, Paul & a bassist or percussionist, is great for small corporate events, with a low-key professional acoustic sound. Our 4-piece band, consisting of 3-part vocal harmonies, keyboards, electric guitar, violin, bass and drums, will keep everyone dancing and partying all night long, with DJ dance music between the band sets. 10th Donnybrook Fair Beef & Pork Bbq Dinner & Dance
Buffet style dinner of southern style Bbq pork & beef with beans, steamed potatoes, coleslaw, buns, cheese, pickles, coffee & dessert served from 6-8 PM.
Dance to The Atkinson Band from 9 to after midnite playing country to classic rock.
Doors open at 5:00 PM Bar 5:00 PM to 1:00 am
London Children's Hospital Charities Thanks to everyone who supported the Chicken Charity BBQ's at Macdonald's Marina in Turkey Point over this past season. The next two events will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010 (Victoria Day Weekend) and Saturday, July 31, 2010 (Civic Holiday Weekend). Advance tickets only for the meal by contacting Macdonald's Marina office about one month prior to event. There is no charge for just coming to see the band, but a donation to the charity would be appreciated. www.macdonaldmarine.com
